What's Eligible for Return?

You have 90 days from delivery to start a return on The Everyday Bed. We just ask a few things:

  • Give your pup at least 30 days to settle in. Most dogs need 2-3 weeks to fully adjust to a new bed β€” we want to make sure they've had a real chance to love it before you decide it's not the right fit.
  • The bed should be in resalable condition. We understand your dog needs to try it β€” light use is completely expected. Please remove pet hair and spot-clean any stains before shipping it back.
  • Have your order confirmation handy (check your email β€” we sent one when you ordered).
Damaged or Defective? We've Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, contact us right away at info@sirarchers.com. No 30-day waiting period. No restocking fee. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement β€” your choice.

Just include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll take care of it.

A Note About Packaging

Our beds are vacuum-sealed and carefully packed to arrive in perfect shape β€” and we reuse that same packaging for returns. If the original packaging isn't available or is too damaged to reuse, a 20% restocking fee applies. This covers the cost of vacuum-sealing, repacking, and processing at our fulfillment center.

Tip: Hold onto your packaging during the 90-day trial, just in case.

Joint Health Chews

Because supplements are consumable products, Everyday Joint Health Chews are final sale and cannot be returned. This is standard across the supplement industry.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it β€” just email us at info@sirarchers.com with a photo and your order number.

Need a Different Size or Color?

We get it β€” sometimes you need to see it in your space (or see your dog curl up on it) to know. To exchange:

  1. Email us at info@sirarchers.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.
  2. We'll walk you through returning the original and getting the right one shipped out.

We'll do our best to make the swap as smooth as possible.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's been processed.

Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel before your order ships, email us as soon as possible at info@sirarchers.com. Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund.
