How to Wash Your Bed

1

Remove the Cover

  • Locate the zipper along the bottom edge of the bed
  • Unzip completely around all sides
  • Carefully remove the cover, pulling it away from the foam insert
  • If you have the cooling pad attached, remove it from its pocket first
2

Separate the Components

Your Everyday Bed has multiple washable components:

  • Outer Cover — The main fabric cover (machine washable)
  • Waterproof Liner — The inner protective layer (wipe clean or gentle wash)
  • Cooling Pad — The removable temperature-regulating insert (machine washable)
  • Memory Foam Core — The orthopedic support base (spot clean only)
Do Not Machine Wash the Foam

Never put the memory foam core in the washing machine or dryer. This will damage the foam and void your warranty. Spot clean only with mild soap and water.

3

Wash the Cover & Cooling Pad

Machine wash on a gentle cycle:

  • Use cold or warm water (not hot)
  • Add a mild, pet-safe detergent
  • Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
  • Wash the cover and cooling pad separately for best results
  • For stubborn pet hair, run a lint roller over the cover before washing
Pro Tip: Pre-Treat Stains

For tough stains or odors, pre-treat with a mixture of baking soda and water. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes before washing.

4

Clean the Waterproof Liner

  • For light cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth
  • For deeper cleaning, hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water
  • Air dry only — do not put in the dryer
  • Make sure the liner is completely dry before reassembling
5

Spot Clean the Foam (If Needed)

  • Mix a small amount of mild dish soap with water
  • Dip a clean cloth in the solution and wring out excess water
  • Gently blot (don't rub) the affected area
  • Use a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue
  • Allow to air dry completely — this may take 24-48 hours
6

Dry Everything

  • Cover: Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry flat
  • Cooling Pad: Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry
  • Waterproof Liner: Air dry only (no dryer)
  • Foam Core: Air dry completely (24-48 hours)

Important: Make sure all components are 100% dry before reassembling to prevent odors.

How to Reassemble Your Bed

1

Start with the Foam Core

  • Place the memory foam core on a flat surface
  • Make sure the foam is completely dry
  • Check that the foam hasn't shifted or bunched up
2

Add the Waterproof Liner

  • Lay the waterproof liner over the foam core
  • Smooth out any wrinkles
  • Tuck the edges under the foam if needed
3

Position the Cooling Pad (Optional)

  • Place the cooling pad in its designated pocket inside the cover
  • Or place it on top of the foam for extra cooling in summer
  • The cooling pad can also be removed entirely in winter
4

Insert the Foam into the Cover

  • Open the cover zipper all the way
  • Work the corners in first — this is the trickiest part
  • Slide the foam (with liner) into the cover
  • Gently pull and adjust the cover to fit snugly around the foam
Pro Tip: The Burrito Method

Roll the foam slightly like a burrito to slide it in easier, then unroll once inside the cover. Works great for larger beds!

5

Zip Up & Fluff

  • Zip the cover completely closed
  • Flip the bed over and smooth out any bunching
  • Give it a few good pats to fluff up
  • Your bed is ready for your pup!
Recommended Washing Schedule

Wash the cover every 2-4 weeks, or more frequently if your dog spends a lot of time outdoors. Regular washing keeps the bed fresh and extends its lifespan.
